MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Grand Pavilion is managed exclusively by a dedicated, onsite team who specializes in property management and has done so for more than twenty years. With the experienced management team available for tenant requests or questions during reasonable hours, there is no delay in coordinating needs as they arise.
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Coupled with the enthusiastic management team, the onsite maintenance team consists of a hand-selected group of professionals who can assist in applications like reconfiguring an office or building a cubicle, to more challenging tasks like fixing an air conditioner or even a refrigerator. Members of this team are available at a moment’s notice to tenants.
PARKING
Tenants benefit from designated parking areas that surround the property on the west, north and south side, plus ample parking in the rear plus additional parking on an adjacent parcel on the north end of the property. In addition, there are designated parking spots for delivery and courier services.
SECURITY
The Grand Pavilion is monitored by security cameras in addition to an onsite security guard from dusk to dawn. Added measures are taken as deemed necessary.
MEETING SPACES
The open courtyard provides a tropical space for impromptu meetings, dining or private functions. Tenants can book this space at no additional cost once confirmed by the management team. The Reiss Room also offers ample boardroom room space for conferences, formal meetings or events. The Reiss Room is booked on a reservation system, who can request catering services for food and refreshments.
SAFETY MEASURES
The management and maintenance team conduct ongoing, scheduled safety tests that include testing of the hurricane shutters, generator testing, fire sprinklers and conduct fire drills where all tenants are requested to participate. In addition to continued operational maintenance, the storm drain clearing is regularly flushed to allow proper drainage during heavy raining periods.
EFFICIENCY
The maintenance team continues to replace and install more energy efficient lighting fixtures. It also reduces air conditioning usage in the late hours and weekend, when businesses are closed, in order to reduce the overall utility expense of the building.
BACKUP GENERATOR
Unplanned downtime due to power loss can wreak havoc on operations for any business. The Grand Pavilion’s total backup generator provides its tenants with a mere second delay to switch from the local power grid to its commercial generator when there is a power outage.
HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
The management team takes great measures in preparing each and every hurricane season. The Hurricane Plan is organized and distributed to every tenant for review and information regarding preparations and procedures for before, during and after a severe weather event. The management team also provides its internal staff plan which provides key preparations that should be required for tenants and their staff to ensure that they are better prepared at home.
